private purchased, in olive drab shade no. 51 (OD 51), with U.S. collar devices, propeller lapel pins are missing, metal rank insignia for a Captain, on the right arm with 8th Air Force SSI on the left arm with the USSTAF SSI, liaison flight wings and cloth ribbon bar with: Air Medal with 4 Oak Leaves, Distinguished Flying Cross, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with 3 Battle Stars, American WWII Victory Medal, Occupation Medal. Inside with green satin lining, inside pocket with tailor tag and dated "Better Class Tailoring 5.13.1942". Arm length 61 cm, chest circumference 82 cm, length 83 cm. The waist belt is present. Some small moth damages and tears.
Ribbon bar is original but post-war applied and might be not in the correct order
